This opportunity is with an Executive Recruiting and Staffing firm based in New York and New Jersey.

We have an immediate need for experienced recruiters within the commercial insurance industry. Do you have a network of Insurance Producers or a network of specialists within the following insurance lines - Transactional Risk - Tax or Reps and Warranties, P&C, D&O, E&O, Construction, Public Sector, etc

Responsibilities of a Full Desk Recruiter:
Self-motivated, driven, and eager to be part of a team
Identify opportunities and clients that have hiring or staffing needs
Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools to fill open positions
Screen and interview qualified candidates
Write and edit job descriptions for assigned positions.
Engage in outbound communications; via phone, email and social media.
Build and maintain relationships with Clients to generate a positive hiring experience from start to finish.
Build and maintain relationships with Candidates to generate a positive hiring experience from start to finish.
Perform various customer service-related activities
Review/revise resumes, as well as compare the candidate s qualifications to the job requirements and the clients needs.
Arrange phone and/ or face to face interviews by coordinating schedules.
Prepare candidate files; including references, background checks, etc.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, HR or another related field preferred
Must have Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3+ years of experience in recruiting related jobs.
Must be willing to work in a team environment.
